What is Overnight Postpartum Care?
As your overnight postpartum doula, I provide calm, nurturing support while your family sleeps. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both, I’m here to ensure you and your baby are well cared for through the night.
Overnight care is in-home, hands-on support for families with a newborn designed to help you get the rest your body and mind need in the early weeks after birth.
I care for your baby throughout the night while you sleep, offering calm, nurturing support that helps ease your transition into parenthood.
What’s Included:
Gentle newborn care during overnight hours
Diapering, soothing, swaddling, and settling baby to sleep
Bottle feeding, or bringing baby to nurse as needed
Light tasks like bottle washing or baby laundry
Newborn care tips and emotional check-ins, if wanted
Each shift is tailored to your baby’s needs and your preferences — whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a mix of both.
